My primary concern when considering whether or not to have a website was: Will my clients use it and have a positive experience while doing so? I believe that there are two factors that are critical to achieving this goal, namely that the content needs to be freshened frequently and that communication tools should be provided that enhance the exchange of information. Emochila has anticipated those needs and created a website that effectively addresses them. They have made it easy for me to add new content and to remove stale information. Also, they have devised a unique concept: client file lockers which make it possible for me to upload information and store it securely in individual client lockers so that the clients can download it when they wish. In addition to being convenient, this has another important implication: the clients must visit my website to get the information I leave for them. That client visit gives me an opportunity to convey new information and ideas without having to contact them individually. Of course, there have been bumps in the road while bringing up the website. This is where Emochila has really shined. Their tech support group has been readily accessible, technically competent and easy to work with. The website creation and maintenance business is complicated and highly technical: I give Emochila tech support an A+. I have no reservations recommending Emochila and look forward to a long relationship.
