In essence we have given our sites secure online folders, where each client is given his own space in which to store sensitive information under the care of our 256-Bit SSL Encryption. These folders are personal online storage spaces for each one of your clients, giving them the ability to safely transmit sensitive information to you.
Access is simple, your client logs-into the encrypted portal with a username and password from the "Client Accounts" page on your website. Once inside they have the option to:
1. Upload a file. We provide an 250MB of space for your clients to upload files or documents, free with every website. Practical for any file format, large files like QuickBooks can be moved in seconds and we offer additional space at a very affordable price. 2. Download a file. Files placed in a specific clients folder by you are easily downloaded onto your clients' computers as if they were moving them from a floppy disk. They may then open and edit them. 3. Messaging. You or your clients may leave a message attach to every file you upload to the file transfer system. This allows you to briefly explain the changes you have made, or in what way the file or document has relevance.
Every client receives his or her own secure online folder.
You access this information by logging-into your website's client account system. Once inside you share in all of the features as your clients as well as access to the administrative control panel. From this panel you can create or delete folders and edit specifications for clients autonomous of other client folders.
