We believe in our product and want to prove to you our superior work and service. Therefore we have a no commitment policy. You don't have to sign any contracts or commitments. You only pay month to month. We continuously improve our service and product to keep your website up to date with changing technologies and populated with only the most current information. In addition, we guarantee that we will never raise your monthly fee as long as you are a client.

We are so confident in the caliber of our work that we have decided to scrap contracts, because we view them as a way for a firm to "rest on their laurels." We're much more interested in letting our service do the talking! If at anytime you are unsatisfied with our services, you can cancel your subscription. However, our retention rate over the years sits at about 96% with the remaining 4% being mostly made up of retirees or CPA´s that merge with other firms or sell their practice. Thus it´s easy to see why we feel contracts are not necessary.

Redundant back-ups are held on our offsite server located in Portland, Oregon under similar conditions, should any problems occur with our San Francisco server (which has never happened in the history of our firm). So you will never have to worry about the functionality of your site and the integrity and security of your accounting documents.
